She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chudzik and Frances Chudzik; her sister Dorothy Ceskavich (Chudzik); and her son Brian Malicki. She is survived by: her son Bruce Malicki (Sylvia Malicki); her daughter-in-law Holly Malicki; her grandchildren, Eric Malicki, Kevin Malicki (Jess), Peter Malicki (Caitlin Malicki) and Stephanie Malicki; her great grandchild Emeline; and her close friend Leona.
