She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Higgins and Minnie Lou Higgins (Thorn); her husband Bill Oliver; her daughters, Heather Hofland (Shawn Hofland) of Chandler, AZ and Kathryn Oliver (Jay Dahya); her grandchildren, Kieran and Aran of Woodbridge, CT; her daughter Meghan Oliver; her grandson William Abel of Norwich, VT.; her sister Anne Higgins of Vancouver, BC; her nephews, Daniel and Patrick Duval; her niece Sarah Cecile; her siblings, Michael Higgins and Julie Higgins Duval; her friend Anne O'Connor; and her close friends, Ron and Marilyn Gattinella.
