He was predeceased by: his parents, Natale Paranzino and Lucille Paranzino. He is survived by: his siblings, Tricia Schiavi (Steve) of Hebron, Peter Paranzino (Mary) of Portland, Stephen Paranzino (Bernie) of Middlefield and Andrew Paranzino (Deb) of Colchester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and numerous other extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made in Nick's memory to the CT Humane Society http://www.cthumane.org.

“I just heard about the passing of Nick and it breaks my heart... I was a friend of Nick's....he was one of the most loving caring people I ever knew in my lifetime and I will always keep him and his family in my prayers... I am so sorry for your loss.. I will send a donation to the animal shelter in his name... I remember when his elderly cat passed how brokenhearted he was and I remember him helping me rescue a cat... he certainly was an animal lover... love you Nick RIP😥❤”
