Aline LaFountain Obituary

We announce the death of Aline LaFountain of Higganum, Connecticut, who passed away on June 4, 2026, at the age of 97. Aline will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Theoret and Elaine Theoret (LeFebevre); her husband Gordon LaFountain; and her siblings, Gerald Theoret, Florence Fournier, Lawrence Theoret, Madeleine Patnode and Michael Theoret.

She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Cranford (Wayne), Jane Fisher (Albert), Steve LaFountain, Debra McDonald (Joseph) and David LaFountion (Donna); her grandchildren, Edward Alger (Susan), Stephanie Bouchard (Craig) and Cristopher Biddle; her great grandchildren, Lauren Lafferty (Joshua), Sage Bouchard and Abigail Biddle; her siblings, Lorraine LaBombard, Maurice Theoret (Margaret), Alma Patnode, Raymond Theoret (Naomi) and Louise Benjamin; Francis Theoret, Judy Theoret and Kay Root. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
