He is survived by: his wife Nancy Smith (Pepin); his sons, Shane Smith (Jennifer) and Aaron Smith (Tewana); his mother Cora Smith; his siblings, Linda Mackin and Richard Smith Jr.; his grandchildren, Izaya, Kobe and Willow; his great grandchild Stella; and his pets, Bailey and Harper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
