She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Jr. Horbal and Mary Horbal (Indelak); and her husband Robert Chase. She is survived by: her son Eric Chase (Narissa); her grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Allison and Connor Chase; and her brother Frank Horbal.
