In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Esther had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Esther may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her husband Philip J. Veley; her parents, Benjamin Sisti and Katherine Sisti (Coppola); and her sister Victoria Marzec. She is survived by: her children, Brian Veley, Timothy Veley (Dianne) of Palm Bay, FL and Katherine Muscatello (Joseph) of Berlin, CT; and her brother Benjamin Sisti of Plainville, CT. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the New Britain Museum of American Art or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
