He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. Miller and Helen L. Miller (Magson). He is survived by: his sons, Carl W. Miller II of Kensington and Justin A. Miller (Kate) of Terryville; and his siblings, Ronald Miller (Nancy) of Yardley, PA, Carleen Prignon (Gary) of Clermont, FL, Timothy Miller (Fran) of Lorida, FL, Valerie Mangan (Tom) of Bradenton, FL and Marcy Brown of Clermont, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Wellspring Church (222 Lincoln St, Berlin, CT 06037). The inurnment was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Connecticut State Veterans Cemetery Columbarium (317 Bow Ln, Middletown, CT 06457). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the State Veterans Cemetery (317 Bow Ln, Middletown, CT 06457). A reception was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Wellspring Church (222 Lincoln St, Berlin, CT 06037).
