It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorraine E. Rakowski of Kensington, Connecticut, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Julius Bolles and Antoinette Bolles (Wroblewski-Rakowski); her sisters, Lois Radavich (Rakowski) of Kensington, CT and Lillian Agostini (Rakowski, family: Biggie Agostini, Ronda Agostinucci, Peter Agostini, Jim Radavich, Laurie Radavich, Mary Ann Radavich, Lisa Desmarais) of Kensington; and her niece Laurie Radavich.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home (111 Chamberlain Hwy, Berlin, CT 06037). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Church (485 Alling St, Berlin, CT 06037).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Saint Paul Church (467 Alling Street, Kensington, CT, 06037) or CCARC (950 Slater Road, New Britain, CT, 06053), an organization started by her family and neighbors in 1952 to support those affected by intellectual and physical disabilities.
