It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary E. Pera (Kensington, Connecticut), who passed away on April 23, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary E. Pera to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Bradley and Mary Bradley (Sawyer); her sister Nancy Bartone; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Bartone and Thomas George.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Pera; her children, Kathleen Friday (Howard), Joseph Pera (Jill) and Kenneth Pera (Renata); her grandchildren, Ashley Ralph (Brandon), William Friday, Saul Pera, Stefanie Pera and William Pera; her great grandchildren, Henry and Charlie Ralph; her sister-in-law Shamiram George; her friend Rita Szymanoski; and also James Bradley. She is also survived by her niece and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home (111 Chamberlain Hwy, Berlin, CT 06037). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Paul Church (461 Alling St, Berlin, CT 06037).
