It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Philip J. Lewchik (Kensington, Connecticut), who passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lewchik (Irene Lewchik) and Sandy Rose; his niece Allison Rose; and his pets, Maxine, Teddy and Lucy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Fred (Mary Lewchik), Karen Rose of Atlanta, Gail (Wayne Bernaiche), Cynthia (Daniel Wagner), Audrey (Robert Bradley), Attleboro and Michael Lewchik (Rob Worster); his nieces and nephews, Heather, Karl Strauss, Brent, Jami Lewchik, Bryan, Megan Lewchik, Christopher, Whitney Rose, Kimberly, Sam Patterson, Nick, Austin Bernaiche, Michael, George, John and William Bradley; his niece-in-law Erin Dierickx; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brooke, Hailey, Jack, Dace, Connor, Madelyn and Rowan; his friend Hank Petrosky; and his pets, Millie and Mable.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Berlin Memorial Funeral Home (96 Main St, Kensington, CT 06037). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Paul Church (467 Alling St, Kensington, CT 06037). A burial will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at the Maple Cemetery (1165 Worthington Ridge, Berlin, CT 06037).
