With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Bouchard of Kensington, Connecticut, born in Caribou, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 2, 2025 at the age of 85. As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Richard may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Bouchard and Angeline Bouchard; and his sister Joyce Glynn. He is survived by: his children, Mary Susanne Sorrentino (John) of Poughkeepsie, NY, Kevin Bouchard (Katie) of Kensington, CT, Kathy Sanger (Doug Bulmer) of Seabrook, NH and Michelle Kumm (Alan) of Berlin, CT.. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews.
