He is survived by : his wife Kathy Ketchum; his children, Alex Ketchum of Washington State, Kendra Cole (Jonathan) of New Milford and Hailie Shaw of Kensington; his brother Scott Ketchum (Peter Braunfield) of Boca Raton, FL; his grandson Emerson Cole; and his friend Stacie Phillips of Southington.
