He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Wallace H. Merow and Josephine E. Merow (Borders); his wife Betty; his children, Gena, Todd (Ania) and Cory (Beth); his grandsons, Jack, Nick and Alex; his sisters, Donna Mercier of Danielson, CT, Nancy Fitzsimmons of Bluffton and Linda Bowen; his pet Henry; and his devoted bichon Elsie.
A celebration of Gene's life will be held Sunday, November 13th at 2:00pm at Westfield Church (memorial donations can be made there), 210 Main Street., Killingly.
