She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman E. Bernier and Gracia Bernier (Ballard); and her husband Richard Mailhot. She is survived by: her daughter Renee (Mailhot); her son-in-law Gregory Messier; her son Ronnie Mailhot of Woonsocket, RI; her granddaughters, Jessica Chartier (Gregory Chartier) of Holyoke, MA and Tiffany Patterson (Ryan Patterson) of Johnston, RI; her great grandchildren, Jaxon and Tatum Chartier; her sister Madeleine Downey of Colchester, CT; and her sibling's children, Colleen Rose and Todd Downey.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. James Church (12 Franklin St, Danielson, CT 06239). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery.
