She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bineault and Mary Etta (Burke); her husband John J. O'Keefe; and her brother Henry "Bud" Bineault. She is survived by: her sister Linda Oswald of Southington; her daughter Donna Leary (Matt Sawyer) of Brookline, NH; her granddaughters, Trisha Leary, Briana LaFleur (Nicolas) of Fitchburg, MA and Kathleen Genetti (Adam) of Nashua, NH; her son John O'Keefe II (Laura) of Brooklyn, CT; her grandchildren, Meghan Shong (Christopher) and Nathan O'Keefe (Ericha) of Killingly; her son Jamie O'Keefe (Jim Bradley) of Lamoine, ME.; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Cassidy, Hadley of Avery, C. J., Lydia and Ella; and her friend Alice Regas of Putnam. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
