He is survived by: his children, Massimo "Max" Izzo, Sergio Izzo (Anne), Maria Rosa Izzo-Fox (John), Raffaella Gagliardi (Steven) and Stefania Larry (Evan); his grandchildren, Massimo "Max" Izzo Jr., Paul Izzo, Danny Izzo, Samantha Izzo, Emily Izzo, John Fox Jr., Nicholas Benito Fox, Giana Gagliardi, Natalia Gagliardi, Lucia Larry and Evan Jr. Larry; and his stepgrandsons, Ronnie and Anthony Izzo.
