It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan C. Bisher of Ledyard, Connecticut, born in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Raymond Sr. Nottle and Sylvia Nottle; her children, Stephen Bisher (Sandra) of Ledyard and Mindy Newsome of Honolulu, Hawaii; and her siblings, Raymond Jr. and Jean.
