He is survived by: his wife Lesley Caulkins of Norwich; his son Samuel Greene, Jr. of Ledyard; his parents, Dianne Halleck-Strycharz and Edward Strycharz of Ledyard; his sister Helen Vennari (John) of Pawcatuck; and his sibling's children, Logan Vennari and Aurora Vennari of Pawcatuck.
