She is survived by: her children, Dr. Alquietta L. Brown (Joshua), Derrick Mungo (Melanie), Demberia Grandy and Bettye Florence; her aunt Donna Mungo (Claudette Blackburn); her brothers, Howard Belton (Mamie) and Leon Belton (Joan); her grandchildren, Joshua-Ryan, Kendall, Kaila, Maya, Nina, Kori Rose, Donisha, Lakesha, Montez and Jeremy; her great grandchildren, Emori Dru and Eiress Reign; her best sister-friends, Della Lawson and Lorine Robinson; and her goddaughter Shameka (Tunnesia Owens). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, adopted sons and daughters, and treasured friends.
