It is with sadness that the passing of Albert F. Harnicar of Litchfield, Connecticut is shared. Albert, born on May 28, 1933, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Harnicar and Mary Harnicar (Harcarik); his friend Litchfield; his wife Sally Weik Harnicar; his son Thomas Albert Harnicar; and his son-in-law Bob.
He is survived by: his sisters, Helen Forsythe and Marjorie Hotchkiss; and his children, Gail Copple (Charles), Susan Jackson (Donald), Linda Weingart (Phil) and Karen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thurston Rowe Funeral Home (283 Torrington Rd, Litchfield, CT 06759). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Cemetery (715 Bantam Rd, Bantam, CT 06750).
