It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Lee Dobbins of Litchfield, Connecticut, born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William David Dobbins Sr. and Agatha Dobbins (Mount) of Litchfield. She is survived by : her brothers, William David Dobbins, Jr. (Jane) of York, John Buel Dobbins (Mianna) of Williamsburg, VA and Peter Blake Dobbins of Williamsburg, VA; her nephews, Matthew John Dobbins (Colleen), Daniel Peter Dobbins and Nathan Mark Dobbins (Krystal); her niece Elizabeth June-Heline Dobbins (Jon Pannell); her great-nephew Jeremiah Malcolm Pannell; and her great-niece Lydia Rose Pannell.
