She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby James Cellura and John Cellura; Stephen and Mildred Zepecki. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Zepecki Jr.; her children, Alisa Zepecki, William Gammetto, Alex, Liam, Jameson, Gavin, Finn, Michelle Baker (James) and Stephen Zepecki III; and her siblings, John Cellura, Jr. (Margie) and Gloria Bucciarelli (late John). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Alzheimer's disease requires a community of care, and Eva's family is profoundly grateful to the caretakers who became family including Anna "Paula" Ronalter, Leydi De Escobar Olivarez, and Ashley Maria Garcia.
