He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Sandra Valentine (Koch); his brother Roger Valentine; his parents, Mildred Valentine and Plesent Valentine; his close friend Marie Murphy of Torrington, CT; his sisters-in-law, Madeline Valentine of Wallingford, CT and Linda Fedun (Koch); his brother Anthony; his sister-in-law Lois Orie of New Hartford, CT.; his children, James D. Valentine (late Judy Valentine) of Torrington, CT, Roger Valentine of Norfolk, CT, Bob (Deb Valentine), Kirt (Tammie Valentine), Nancy (Anthony Russo) and Barbara Valentine of Morris, CT; and also Rusty. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
