She was predeceased by : her husband John S. Slasienski; her parents, Albert Adamovage and Genevieve Adamovage (Klocko); and her sister Regina Wolak. She is survived by : her daughters, Christina A. Capell (Mark) of New Hartford and Kelly A. Balch of Litchfield; her grandchildren, Connor Capell, Laura Capell and Dylan Balch (Vallerie); her sister Margaret Doyle (Edward) of Southington; and her brother-in-law Flave Wolak of Middletown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
