He was predeceased by : his siblings, Carroll Peck, Thomas S. Sisk, Robert E. Sisk and Edward J. Sisk, Jr.; and his parents, Edward J. Sisk and Alice Carroll Sisk.

He is survived by : his wife Maureen Murphy Sisk; his daughter Lisa A. Grace (Charles) of Duxbury; and his sisters, Frances Stillman and Mary Rose McManus of North Haven.
