It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter J. Niziolek Sr. of Madison, Connecticut, who passed away on January 6, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Lorriane Niziolek; and his parents, Paul Niziolek and Josephine Niziolek (Esposito) of Hamden. He is survived by: his son Peter J. Niziolek, Jr. (Lisa) of Madison; his siblings, Paul (late Jocelyn) of Guilford and Carol Niziolek of Portland, ME.; and his brothers-in-law, Alan V. Golia (Rosemary) of Westerly and Philip Golia (Yvonne) of Durham. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
