Philomena Froehlich Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2025, at the age of 90, Philomena Froehlich of Madison, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Vita and Dorothy Vita (Carbone); and her husband George. She is survived by: her children, Jennie Smith (Walter Jr.) and George Froehlich, Jr.; her grandchildren, Tiffany Scribner (Jeff), George Froehlich III (Kara), Gretchen Froehlich, Molly Vaughan (Darien) and Walter Smith III (Erika); her great grandchildren, Justin Scribner, Nicholas Froehlich and Jaxon Scribner; and her sisters, Mary Palumbo and Jennie Vece.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the West Haven Funeral Home (662 Savin Ave, West Haven, CT 06516). A prayer will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
