It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William C. Woods Sr. of Madison, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Helen "Pat" Woods; his parents, Walter Woods and Winifred McVey Woods; his son Walter Woods; and his brother Norman Woods.

He is survived by : his children, William Woods Jr. (Dani), John Woods, Peter Woods (Michelle) and Marypat Maloney (John).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Connecticut Hospice, 100 Double Beach Road, Branford, CT 06405 or to Connecticut.
