Althea E. MacLean Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2023, at the age of 96, Althea E. MacLean of Manchester, Connecticut, born in Aurora, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Althea E. MacLean to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Alvin E. Hanson; her husband Roderick MacLean; her brothers, Bill (Phyllis Hanson) and Bob Hall; and her siblings-in-law, Bud MacLean, Betty, Norm Osborne and Anne Donnelley.
She is survived by: her children, Dale (Bruce McCubrey) of Florida, Scott (Lisa) of Bradford, N. H., Susan (Mike Bartlett) of Henniker, N. H., Tom (Susie) of Albuquerque, N. M. and Bill (Marie) of West Hartford; and her grandchildren, Jenny, Kim, Betsy, Sheri, Ryan, Meghan, Kelley, Harrison, Alex, Amy, Tristan and Tyler. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; her beloved sister, Faith Hall; and many extended family.
She created and donated countless newborn hats and stuffed animals and taught many others to do the same.
