It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amy B. Kaiser Bahre of Manchester, Connecticut, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Kaiser and Martha Kaiser (Thomson). She is survived by : her husband James Bahre (Jim); her daughters, Emily Sherwood (Doug) and Sarah Sciascia; her stepchildren, Jen Bergin (Tim), Alex Bahre (Kelly) and Sam Bahre; her grandchildren, Tyler, Brianna, Amberleigh Sherwood, Kason Sheffield, Ellie Grace and Kellan Bahre; her sisters, Jean (John Rizy) and Jamie (Gerry Smith); and her cousin Marty (Bob Baumann).

The family notes that, in lieu of flowers, a Scholarship fund has been set up to honor Amy. Donations can be made by mailing a check payable to the Bolton Scholarship Fund with Amy Bahre in the memo line to the Bolton Scholarship Fund, 72 Brandy Street, Bolton, CT 06043.
