She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil W. England and Lillian T. England (Glista). She is survived by: her sister Cecily England.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home (400 Main St, Manchester, CT 06040). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the St. James Cemetery (368 Broad St, Manchester, CT 06040).
Her contributions to public service were significant, and she retired in the 1960s, leaving a legacy of integrity, courage and dedication.
