He is survived by: his girlfriend Sally Keeler; his son Arthur Kaull, Jr.; his grandchildren, Ashley Kaull and Maxwell Kaull; his great grandchild Elena Gatechair; and his extended family Sally. He is also survived by five children, twelve grandchildren and many lifelong friends.
