It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brad Chaffee (Manchester, Connecticut), born in Middleboro, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 8, 2018, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Heather Chaffee (Paquin). He is survived by: his parent David E. Chaffee Jr.; his sisters, Lorna Richmond (Jeff) and Karen Chaffee; his half-brother Jordan Chaffee; his nephew Gregory Richmond; his niece Amber Richmond; and his grandparents, David Sr. and Anne Chaffee (Dyer). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, and many friends.
