He was predeceased by: his father Henry Locke; and his stepfather Carl "Pete" Peterson. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Pemberton-Locke; his mother Arlene Peterson; his stepchildren, Ryan Pemberton and Sarah Pemberton Chambers (Andrew); his grandchildren, Lillian and Tobias; and his siblings, Richard Locke (Robin), Susan Gross (Bruce), John Locke (Diem), Kevin Locke (Marge) and Karen White (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
