He was predeceased by: his father Harold; and his sister Gail. He is survived by: his mother Anna Steely of Enfield, CT.; and his siblings, Douglas Steely (Pal Bickford) of Marblehead, MA., Lois Leber (Peter Leber) of Manchester, CT., Wayne Steely (Lani Bortfeld) of Enfield, CT., Craig Steely (Jenn Borealo) of Chester, NJ and Kathy Ponte (Steve Cromwell) of Lebanon, CT.. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews and two grandnieces.
