He is survived by: his wife Darlene Rivera; his daughter Naisha Rivera Perez (Zach); his grandchildren, Davon (Caitlyn) of South Dakota and Ashton (Zachary) of South Dakota; his stepdaughter Jennifer Medina; his grandson Cylas Vega; his son Randy; his stepsons, Hector and Joseph; his cousin Carlos Rodriguez; his father Jose E. Rivera; his stepmother Molee; his siblings, Joel, Francis and Coraly; his mother Miguelina Vazquez Duggan; his stepfather Matthew Duggan; his brothers, Jose Rivera of Windsor, CT and Matthew Duggan; his nephews, Matthew and Zackary Duggan of Glastonbury, CT; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
