She was predeceased by: her husband Frank; her parents, Arnold Nellis and Alberta Nellis (Prall) of Palatine Bridge, NY; and her sisters, Nancy Showerman and Elizabeth Stanley.

She is survived by: her sister Catherine Montilla of Riverdale, NY; her children, Doug Preston, Darlene Pearson of Vermont, Beth and Paul Petraitis of Hebron; her grandchildren, Jeremie, Corrine Preston of Vermont, Isaiah Preston, Caroline Masessa of Vermont and Allison Petraitis of Hebron; and her great grandchildren, Cameron, Elaina, Jacob and Elijah Preston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
