We are sad to announce that, on July 22, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Cecilia Stebner (Manchester, Connecticut), born in Boston, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin John Mulroy and Catherine Mulroy. She is also survived by her five children, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, she wished donations to be made to the Manchester Area Conference of Churches or to Birthright of Greater Hartford.
