She was predeceased by: her husband Edward W. Shea; her parents, Vito Botticello and Isabella Cardlicchio; her son Timothy Shea; and her siblings, Tom, Paul, Joseph, Tony, Butch Botticello and Camille Birge.

She is survived by: her children, Edward (Lynn Shea) of Willington, Patrick (Eileen Shea) of South Windsor, Brian Shea of Manchester and Elizabeth (Giacomo Ruscoe) of Richland Hills, TX.; her grandchildren, Timothy Shea, Katie Shea, Steven Shea, Kyle Shea, Marisa Shea, Kelly Shea, Emily Shea and Tiernan Shea; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Botticello.
