She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Margaret Hubbard (Damato) and Warren Hubbard; and her uncle John Hubbard. She is survived by: her mother Judy Anderson; her stepfather Leonard "Lenny" Anderson; her children, Brandon, Nicolette and Jaden; her stepmother Cherise Field; her sister Stacey Costanzo; her half-brother Jason Field; her nieces, Tori Konieczkowski (Costanzo) and Asceria Amed; her nephew Joey Costanzo; her aunts, Carol and Joni; and her uncle Yvon. She is also survived by numerous cousins, and a few close friends.
