She is survived by: her children, Virgil and Melissa Beckett (Alonzo) of Manchester, CT; her siblings, Dorothy Ellis of Killeen, TX and John McBean of Hartford, CT; her grandchildren, Kayla McBean, Tirece Davis and Alonzo James Beckett; her aunt Vera Anderson; and her uncles, Muhammad Frienson (New Jersey) and Leroy M. Frienson (Anita). She is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
