He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando L. Martins Sr. and Mary Martins (Nunes) of East Hartford. He is survived by: his son Fernando L. Martins III; the mother of his children Michelle Pawlina; his sister Mary Alice (David Coelho) of Portugal; his niece Sandra (Joao Cardeno); his nephew David Jr. (Sandra Coelho); his friend Dean Santostefano; and his caregiver Sarah.
