It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Banks of Manchester, Connecticut, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 7, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Briana; and his siblings, Paul Banks and Louise Rovizzi. He is survived by: his wife Roberta L Banks (Moran); his children, Donna Banks, Deborah Bullock (Richard), Diana Wyatt, Frank Banks (April), Frederick Banks, Dana Finni (Scott) and Angela Arsenault; his siblings, Edlow Banks (Christine) and Carol Fitzpatrick; his mother-in-law Audrey C. Moran of Coventry; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Banks and Thomas Moran (Linda) of Collinsville. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
