He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Cannata (Pogozelski); his children, Anne-Marie Cannata McEwen (Michael) of Middletown, Frederic J. Cannata, Jr. (Anna), Bonnie-Jean Dickenson (Gary Rothe), Joseph A. Cannata of Leavenworth, WA and Christopher M. Cannata (Pamela) of Glastonbury; his grandchildren, Ellyce Brower (Jacob Stormo), Maria Brower, Nile Brower, Michael Cannata and Giovanni Cannata; his great grandchildren, Indica Webb and Elliot Stormo; his siblings, Joseph R. Cannata (Sue Seyffert), Richard P. Cannata (Charlotte) and Christine Baker; his brother-in-law Tom Pogorzelski (Carolyn); and his friends, Bruce Barbieri and Tony Fiorentino. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
