In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Frederick Howard leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Frederick Howard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Bevans and Francis Howard Ring; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Sharron; his children, Eric and Kara; his father-in-law Steve; his sister Jane (MacDonald); and his grandson Silas. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
