He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Keith (Perrett) and George Stillman Keith. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Keith (Negri); his children, Sandra Brazo (Shawn) and Mark Keith (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Nicholas Keith (Nicole), Tanya, Lindsay Jones (Dallas), Zachary Brazo (Katherine), Maxwell Brazo and Alexandra Brazo; his sister Deborah Samson; his nieces, Kimberly and Amanda; his nephew Bradley; and his caregiver Maggie. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that you consider making a donation to the St. Jude Children's Hospital (http://www.stjude.org.), which was Jeff's preferred charity.
