He is survived by: his children, Richard LaChapelle, Darlene LaChapelle and Charlene Benson; his grandchildren, Jacob, Jeremy, Jesse Fisher, Joshua Benson, Stacey and Mandy Rock; and his siblings, Teddy, Gregory, Freddy LaChapelle, Margaret Yanika, Eileen and Judy Fuller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
