He was predeceased by: his wife Blondean Stephens Milner. He is survived by: his children, Arnell Taylor and Herbert Milner III; his stepdaughters, Yashida Bliss, Jessica Bliss, Melissa Johnson and Blondean Young; and his brother Joseph Milton (Uncle Ant). He is also survived by Aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
