It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Horace E. Russell Jr. of Manchester, Connecticut, who passed away on March 2, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Edward and Eleanor Russell (Crockett); his brother Kenneth Russell; and his brother-in-law William Chapell. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, James Russell (Barbara), Stephen Russell (Jennifer) and Dean Russell; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Daniel Russell, Allyson Lightsey (Robby), Zachary Russell, Edward and Thomas Russell; his siblings, Michael Russell and Kathleen Chapell; his sister-in-law Mary Russell; and his daughter-in-law Saeko Russell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.
